Peak Design Pro Tripod Tilt Mod

The pan/tilt mechanism is incredibly smooth—it glides without any stutter. I’m amazed at how easy it was to swap onto my tripod for quick video work.

The panning motion is so smooth it feels like I’m using a much more expensive video head. I’ve already used it to shoot some handheld-style b-roll that looks surprisingly stable.

I was a bit skeptical about adding a tilt head to my tripod, but this mod makes panning shots feel incredibly smooth, especially with its fluid drag control. The ball head conversion was instant and it handled my camera weight perfectly for video.
