Sony FE 70-200mm F2.8 GM OSS II (SEL70200GM2)

I was pleasantly surprised by how light this lens feels compared to its predecessor—handheld shooting for hours at a wedding was no problem. The bokeh is creamy and the resolution on my a7IV is just stunning even wide open.

The autofocus locks onto birds in flight almost instantly, making tricky shots feel effortless. I'm blown away by how sharp the images are even wide open at f/2.8 across the entire zoom range.

Picked this up for a recent wildlife trip, and the bokeh at 200mm f/2.8 is just gorgeous, making every shot look professional. The weight savings over the previous version are noticeable after a full day of hiking—it's genuinely comfortable to carry around.
