The focus ring moves with such smooth, damped precision—makes pulling focus feel effortless. Even wide open at T1.2, the image stays impressively sharp with that lovely cinematic fall-off.

The manual aperture ring has just the right amount of resistance for smooth racking, and the focus throw is long enough for precise pulls. Build feels solid without being overly heavy on my gimbal.

Shot wide open at T1.2 in dim light and the sharpness still held up beautifully—way better than I expected for a cine lens at this price point. The clickless aperture ring is buttery smooth for racking exposure mid-take.
